The following are the terms and conditions of sale that regulate transactions carried out through this website.

Use of this website constitutes your agreement to all of the terms and conditions of sale set forth below.

By placing orders through our website you declare that you are over eighteen years of age and have the legal capacity to purchase and sell products on the website www.velilla-group.com.

All the articles that you will be able to purchase on our website will meet the quality and guarantee requirements of Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. and you will receive your order bagged and labelled with all the information about it.

Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. on its website www.velilla-group.com will try to show the technical characteristics, image and colour of all its products accurately, but they may be subject to slight variations depending on the quality of the monitor where you view the product.

The price indicated on the website www.velilla-group.com will appear in euros excluding VAT and excluding extra costs (shipping, services, etc.).

At the end of your order the amount of VAT will be reflected according to the legislation in force in Spain at the time of purchase, Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. will be obliged to charge the customer the Value Added Tax (VAT) on all products sold.

Web registration

In order to place orders through the web you will need to be a customer of Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. and you will need to be authorised by the company to use the web platform.

Once you have your access code, you will be able to carry out operations through our website.

Purchasing process

The items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart through the order matrix for each item.

The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, its name, size, chosen colour and price.

Once the purchase order has been completed, and before the order is dispatched, the user will be presented with a summary of the order identifying the item purchased and its total price including taxes (in the case of cash payment, the price of shipping will be indicated / in the case of negotiated payment, the price per package will be notified and the exact amount will be invoiced when the goods are dispatched) with each of the items broken down, and the shipping details of the order, so that the user can confirm the order by clicking on the button with the expression 'Confirm order'.

Purchases may be paid for by credit or debit card or by negotiated payment terms. Payment methods other than those specifically provided for in these terms and conditions of sale will not be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data communicated by the user are correct.

Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the website itself so that the user can track the order at any time from the computer.

Likewise, an e-mail message will be sent to the address indicated by the user, with a description of the order and the personal details provided. The non-receipt of this message may be due to a transitory communications problem in the network or a typing error in the e-mail address provided. In both cases, Velilla Group recommends the user to contact our Customer Service Department.

Delivery process

The shipment of items purchased in Velilla Group will be made through an international courier company and will be delivered within approximately 24 to 48 hours in the Iberian Peninsula.

In order to avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossibility of finding someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly, and it is advisable to fill in the box relating to the contact telephone number.

The price of transport is calculated according to the chosen shipping method and the items purchased. In the case of cash payment, the exact cost of transport will be calculated before the customer confirms the order by clicking on the "Confirm payment" button. In the case of negotiated payment terms, the cost of transport will be calculated at the time of issuing the invoice when the order has been shipped.

Shipping costs may be changed at any time without prior notice. Such change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the help pages and the contract published on this Website. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

Returns process:

If upon receipt of your order you detect any problem with the product attributable to Velilla Group Europe S.L.U., you can contact our Customer Service Department to manage the return within a maximum period of 30 days from the invoice date of your order.

The customer must communicate the return by email or telephone indicating:

  • References, colour, size and quantity.
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return.

All returns dated less than 30 days and which are not directly attributable to Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. will require authorisation from the sales team.

Once all the documentation has been received, the customer will receive the "Return Report" document that you must attach to the goods.

We will not accept returns of modified products (screen printing, embroidery, personalised, special, etc...), used products, outlet products or discontinued products. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the goods are in good condition upon receipt and before proceeding with customisations.

The return costs, except for errors or defects of goods by Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. will be charged to the customer.

Once the return process has been completed correctly, the corresponding credit will be issued.

Payment process

The method of payment of the operation will be agreed between the customer and the company Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. and its payment conditions.

You may only modify the payment conditions that you have with Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. provided that they are replaced only by payment by credit or debit card: Visa, Visa Electron and American Express.

If you pay for your purchase by credit card, the charge will be made upon acceptance of your order by clicking on "Authorise Payment", accepting the payment conditions and confirming the ownership of the credit card.

Your credit card details and payment authorisation will be checked by your bank, and in the event that payment is not authorised Velilla Group Europe S.L.U. will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of your goods.

All transactions made through our website are carried out with secure payment systems and the confidential data of the same will be transmitted directly to the bank in encrypted form.
