Complaints
The Whistleblowing Channel is the instrument implemented by Velilla Group in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, to address the complaints referred to in the law. It is a tool designed for all employees, executives, and administrators of the company, as well as for third parties who interact with the company, especially suppliers, customers, and trainees, with the aim of allowing them to report any information related to the company that may involve:
- A suspected violation or act contrary to the values of Velilla Group.
- A potential irregularity related to accounting matters, auditing issues, and/or aspects concerning internal control over financial reporting;
- Any other possible irregularity or act contrary to the current legislation.
To address any of the cases mentioned above, you may, at any time, send your communication to the following email address: canal.denuncias@velilla-group.com, or complete the form through the Submit a complaint section, anonymously or, if you prefer, by providing your contact details. The information collected in the report will be processed securely and confidentially.
The Compliance department will be responsible for processing and managing the complaints received in accordance with the current regulations.

Process a complaint
To Submit a complaint, send your communication to the email address canal.denuncias@velilla-group.com or through the Submit a complaint section. It is important that the report contains the necessary information to begin the investigation: an explanation of the events that occurred, including dates, and any other information required to clarify the facts being reported. Documentation may also be attached to help explain the reported situation more clearly.
Check the status of a complaint
Likewise, you may check the status of your report through the email address: canal.denuncias@velilla-group.com or through the Secure Communication Mailbox section using your code and password.
