Complaints
The Whistleblowing Channel is the instrument implemented by Velilla Group in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, to address the complaints referred to in the law. It is a tool designed for all employees, executives, and administrators of the company, as well as for third parties who interact with the company, especially suppliers, customers, and trainees, with the aim of allowing them to report any information related to the company that may involve:
- A suspicion of an infringement or an act contrary to the Code of Conduct or any other applicable internal regulations;
- A potential irregularity related to accounting matters, auditing issues, and/or aspects concerning internal control over financial reporting;
- Any other possible irregularity or act contrary to the current legislation.
To address any of the cases mentioned above, you can, at any time, direct your communication to the email address: canal.denuncias@velilla-group.com. Complaints can be made either anonymously, or, if preferred, you can include your contact details. The information collected in the complaint will be handled securely and confidentially.
The Compliance department will be responsible for processing and managing the complaints received in accordance with the current regulations.

Process a complaint
To file a complaint, please send your communication to the email address canal.denuncias@velilla-group.com. It is important that the complaint contains the necessary information to begin the investigation: an explanation of the events that occurred, including dates, and any other relevant details to clarify the information being provided. You may also attach any documentation that helps to better explain the situation being reported.
