Commitment to and respect for applicable legislation

Current and applicable legal regulations must be respected and complied with at all times in every situation arising during our activities.

No relationship or commercial activity shall be established with any person or entity linked to and/or promoting illegal commercial or professional activities.

Respect for human rights

Respect for, protection of and promotion of human rights shall be upheld in all actions carried out by the organisation, firmly condemning any form of forced labour or child labour.

Good faith and honesty

Professional and commercial relationships shall be based on clarity, objectivity, seriousness and honesty, preventing any illegal, unethical or fraudulent conduct.

Respect for and commitment to the confidentiality of personal data

The confidentiality of personal data accessed through professional activity must be maintained at all times, even after such activity has ended. Appropriate security measures must be implemented to protect confidential or personal data belonging to the organisation and third parties.

Respect and equal treatment

Relationships based on respect, participation, fairness and collaboration shall be promoted, fostering a respectful working environment and a positive workplace atmosphere.

Any type of harassment, abuse, intimidation, disrespect or lack of consideration within the organisation shall not be tolerated.

No discrimination shall be permitted on the grounds of sex, age, religion, nationality or any other circumstance protected by law.

Anti-corruption and anti-bribery policy

No form of corruption, bribery or influence peddling shall be accepted in carrying out professional activities, whether involving public authorities or private entities.

Gifts and gratuities to or from collaborators are not permitted under any circumstances, except for customary business courtesies or hospitality of symbolic value.

Occupational risk prevention

Compliance with current and applicable occupational health and safety legislation shall be ensured at all times.

Compliance with tax and Social Security obligations

Any unlawful practice involving tax evasion to the detriment of the Public Treasury or the competent Social Security authority shall be avoided.

Transparency in financial and accounting information

Economic, financial and equity information must be reported faithfully, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and applicable international financial reporting standards.

Commitment to and respect for the environment

A responsible attitude towards the environment shall be maintained, together with a commitment to comply with environmental legislation and to use resources rationally. Therefore, any act that may harm the environment is avoided.

Conflict of interest

All decisions shall be made in the best interests of the organisation and not for personal benefit. Decisions shall be based on professional criteria rather than personal gain. Any conflict of interest shall be reported to the organisation.

Supervision

To ensure full compliance with this Code of Ethics, it must be shared with and known by the entire organisation, and compliance must be verifiable whenever required.
